Privacy policy

We collect the application fields you choose to submit, your feedback, optional contact email, language and submission time. These are used to manage early access, research product needs and respond to requests. Site servers also create technical access logs; request addresses are temporarily used for rate limiting.

Submissions are stored in a private server database, with backups. Form drafts are stored in your browser tab session and cleared on successful submission. There are no advertising trackers in this release. If operator email notifications are enabled, application details are processed by Resend and the operator’s email provider. They are currently not enabled. The IP preview uses HTTP: do not send sensitive material.

Use Feedback → Privacy request to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of update consent. The team may need to verify your identity. Records currently have no automatic expiry; deletion requests are reviewed manually. Hosting and future email services may process data outside your country. This notice covers the pre-launch site and will be updated as the service changes.
